I Managed to shoot this shot on June 18th just after 10pm after chasing some of the most incredible supercells during the day. We had storm after storm lined up in the foothills just to the North West of Calgary and as darkness fell, the storms started to push east off of the foothills. During this shot we were standing in the middle of one of the most incredible lightning barrages I've ever seen. Realizing how dangerous this was we promptly got our shots and fled. It was still one of the most amazing nights chasing I've ever had.
