People often ask me, “Why look through a viewfinder when you can look with your own eyes?” The answer is simple. You’re freezing a moment in time, while time itself moves on, and the moment disappears. As a result, capturing moments that are too fast for the human eye. If I hadn’t looked in my viewfinder, I wouldn’t have been able to capture this split-second moment, and it would be gone forever. If this isn’t action, then I don’t know what is!
